Wilmar Pérez has a farm of 7 hectares, of which 6 are in coffee production. The farm name is El Triumfo and is located at an altitude of 1800 masl. Located in the area called “Los Pinos” (The Pines) in the municipality of Santa Maria. He produces a diversity of coffee varieties; 7.500 Caturra trees, 5.000 Colombia trees, 5.000 Castillo tress, and 2.000 San Bernardo trees.

The coffee is produced through a fermentación from 50 to almost 70 hours, depending the climate conditions. All is done in cement fermentation tanks with a drying period of 8 to 10 days on average inside the Marquesina (solar dryer). He works together on the farm with his farther Arturo Pérez, and his brother William Pérez. They are new to the specialty coffee! But based on several recommendations they are getting the quality for further micro lot processing.
